We would give 10 stars if we could - this app is a must-have for most online businesses with a retail store - helps ease the process of finding each customer on shopify POS. We use this to scan the customers QR code which automatically adds them to our POS system, they can redeem points (through a different app) to spend in our store too. As soon as a customer gets this QR code in their wallet, they turn into customers that shop with us for a life time. Thanks so much for all of your hard work and dedication to get it up and running on our online store and mobile app, Giedrius!
Update 2 years on, still very happy with it. We use it for museum membership cards. The membership expiration date is set in a Flow to be one year from the date of purchase, and it's displayed on the Wallet pass. I am also now able to have different hero images for different membership tiers, as we offer different reciprocal admission benefits depending on what level you purchase your membership at.
Original review: Delighted with this app. I've got it integrated into post-sales notifications for automatic delivery of the wallet pass when a membership is purchased, and the pass not only displays what membership tier the customer is but also when the membership expires, which is very helpful for everyone involved. The developer added that feature for me, so 5 stars for support as well as functionality.
Extracharge and hide tax and we can t change costumer barcode if you want
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had this impression, but I want to clarify that Barcodify does not charge any hidden fees or extra taxes — all pricing is clearly displayed in the Shopify billing system.
Regarding barcode customisation, the app does support custom barcodes, and the full instructions are available in the app's documentation and onboarding steps. If anything was unclear, I'm always happy to guide you through it.

App works great and worth the money to make adding customers to POS faster. Currently you do need 2 scanners to make it work since the socket mobile is in App Mode when in Shopify POS not HID mode which the app requires. Amazing developer who is very helpful in adding features!

EDIT: with the new release of Shopify UI extensions, the app no longer requires a second scanner for customer barcodes. The app's native "Add customer" POS UI extension loads and adds customers to the cart instantly.

Just what we were looking for! We are hoping that this will save us a lot of time at checkout during busy hours. Since we have a loyalty program we try to enter customer's name for every transaction and it costs us a lot of time. This app I believe will make our lives and our customers' so much easier.
