Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had this impression, but I want to clarify that Barcodify does not charge any hidden fees or extra taxes — all pricing is clearly displayed in the Shopify billing system.
Regarding barcode customisation, the app does support custom barcodes, and the full instructions are available in the app's documentation and onboarding steps. If anything was unclear, I'm always happy to guide you through it.

Delighted with this app. I've got it integrated into post-sales notifications for automatic delivery of the wallet pass when a membership is purchased, and the pass not only displays what membership tier the customer is but also when the membership expires, which is very helpful for everyone involved.
