Didn’t expect much at first, but this ended up being one of the most impactful tools we’ve added. Customers fixing their own orders = fewer tickets for us. Simple as that. The upsell flow is subtle but effective too.
We mainly installed this to reduce support load, but it ended up increasing revenue as well. The post-purchase edits are smooth and intuitive, and the team behind it is clearly very involved.
Installed and uninstalled really fast. The app needs to have edit/cutoff restrictions based on tags, in order to fit complex workflows. Otherwise, plug and play. Later edit: updated to 5 stars. Let me know when you implement cutoff restrictions based on tags. :)
