Didn’t expect much at first, but this ended up being one of the most impactful tools we’ve added. Customers fixing their own orders = fewer tickets for us. Simple as that. The upsell flow is subtle but effective too.
Installed and uninstalled really fast. The app needs to have edit/cutoff restrictions based on tags, in order to fit complex workflows. Otherwise, plug and play. Later edit: updated to 5 stars. Let me know when you implement cutoff restrictions based on tags. :)

Honestly, this solved a problem we didn’t even realize was costing us so much time. Customers making their own changes has been huge. Setup was quick, and everything just works.

We’ve been using the Selfdesk for a little while now, and it’s been super helpful. It’s reduced the amount of manual work we had to do fixing address issues and made the whole order flow smoother. Excited to see how it holds up during the Q4 rush, it’s already proving to be a real time save.
