SelfServe: Order Edits+Upsells

Fantastic app with outstanding support - the team was incredibly responsive, helped us tailor everything to our workflow, and went above and beyond whenever we had questions. The EU Withdrawal feature has been invaluable for our European store and they’ve been continuously improving their upsells configurability based on our requirements.

Absolutely loved the upsell functionality and that was the main reason we gave it a try in the first place. For COD markets the Thank You page upsell are basically a cheat code! Great app with a great team behind it, looking forward to what they are going to release next!

Very useful app for post-purchase upsells. Easy to set up, works smoothly, and helps increase AOV without making the checkout process harder for customers. Great support as well. Highly recommended.

This app definitely lives up to its name. We’ve had a lot of problems with people filling in a wrong address and giving customers the option to change it by themselves has been very big for our support team. Upsells are also a great addition. Other upsell apps we’ve explored charged either a percentage of all upsold items or were far more expensive than this one month over month. Support has also been outstanding, promptly resolving any issue we might have or being very fast to react on small feature requests.

It's a game-changer when you're in campaign. Lots of orders coming in and lots of mistakes made by customers. Works like a charm!

SelfServe is a well built product by a team that understands the problems around order editing. All scenarios are covered and the features are presented in a clean interface. Support was amazing from intro to onboarding. Team was very understanding and helped us figure out issues on our end to make everything work. Integrations are well built. Overall, a five star experience.

We just started using this app and are loving it so far! The App team is super helpful and was very hands-on with the onboarding process and any questions we've had. We have noticed fewer customer service emails regarding editing order details (address issues, etc) and love the upsell feature as well! 10/10 reccomend!

The rule-based editing window is the bit that sold us. We let customers edit for an hour after purchase but block changes the moment an item gets tagged for fulfillment. Set it up once and it just runs. Easily one of the most useful apps we’ve added this year.
