Great app that saves us a lot of customer support hours. We have had some hiccups initially but Stan helped us set up everything and now we don't deal with address changes at all. Highly recommended!
This app enables customers to edit their own orders without contacting your customer service team. You can configure how long orders are self-editable, and also exclude certain types of orders. The rule-based configuration is very flexible and easy to understand. It also works well with downstream shipping software like ShipStation. The ability for a customer to add to their order (upsell) in addition to editing it is a nice benefit as well. Very good app with a strong support team as well. Nice job.
This app definitely lives up to its name. We’ve had a lot of problems with people filling in a wrong address and giving customers the option to change it by themselves has been very big for our support team. Upsells are also a great addition. Other upsell apps we’ve explored charged either a percentage of all upsold items or were far more expensive than this one month over month. Support has also been outstanding, promptly resolving any issue we might have or being very fast to react on small feature requests.
I thought the upsell part was just a gimmick. I got this so customers would stop bugging me to change their address. But I threw a couple of our smaller items up as post-checkout 'add-ons' just to test it... and people are actually buying them! It's wild.
This app does exactly what it says. Customers can fix their own typos in their shipping address, which is a big problem for Eastern European. Also, it was surprising to me how many people actually take advantage of the upsells on the order status page.
Top team with top support. Never had such fast turn around time for building new features before.
This app has been a gamechanger for our store. One of the biggest pain points we had was customers emailing us to fix small order mistakes such as wrong variant, wrong address, or wanting to add an extra item after checkout. With SelfServe, all of that is now handled automatically without my support team needing to step in.
The order editing portal on the order status page is super intuitive and easy for customers to use. I also love the address validation feature since it helps prevent shipping errors (something that used to cost us both money and time).
The configurable windows are a great touch, we can give customers a set time frame to make changes without disrupting our fulfillment process. Plus, the upsell option is clever: customers often add another item when they’re fixing their orders, which has definitely helped increase our AOV.
When I needed support, the team had a dedicated group to handle my issue and resolved it very quickly. That gave me extra confidence in using the app long-term.
Setup was straightforward, and it integrates smoothly with Shopify. Overall, this app has reduced support tickets, improved customer satisfaction, and added extra sales. Highly recommended!
Honestly this app is so good. We used to get SO many emails about wrong adresss or people wanting to change their order. Now they just do it themselves on the order status page and it saved us so much time. The upsell thing is also pretty cool, gotten us a few extra sales. def recommend it.
It's a game-changer when you're in campaign. Lots of orders coming in and lots of mistakes made by customers. Works like a charm!
The setup was surprisingly easy, and we had the customer-facing order editing live in under 15 minutes. Now you can swap a medium for a large directly from the order status page without bothering support. It's early days but I think we can cut support tickets easily by 30%.
