Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting.

Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data.

I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies.

Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool.

If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us.

Useless support and constant bugs.
I'm trying to fix a problem with shipping fees calculations for 2 weeks now. The support is useless, only replying with generic responses and links to "answers" that are not even close to my problem.

I'm considering moving to alternative app as this is becoming a real pain in the a.. I'm paying this guys for Shopify and Amazon profit tracking, but it looks like will have to move to another service both.

Sehr gutes Tool, kenne es noch aus Amazon Zeiten. Auch für Shopify Top geeignet! Wünsche werden auch schnell übernommen

Update: the tool is not working anymore since around 3 weeks. Dataload takes hours, the numbers refreshs only every 24 hours. Meta Adspent is not loading. Tool simply doesn't work and the support just says "our team is working on it, I have forwarded it"

Bei mir hat die Synchronisierung der Einkaufspreise der Produkte aus Shopify nicht funktioniert.

Auch der Support konnte dort leider nach ~10 Wochen suchen, den Fehler nicht finden. Beim Controlling müssen die Zahlen halt passen....

Somit wieder deinstalliert....
