The rudest support staff I've ever had to deal with. I'm on the paid plan, provided them with screenshots of everything and they refused to help me figure out why their app is failing (everything from Shopify's side was working correctly, it was breaking in this app).

What? I downloaded this app thinking it's by Brevo but they are pretending to be Brevo and it's a completely different app by a random company. What a scammy way to do business, absolutely unacceptable!
What they're saying is not true, as I spoke to the Brevo team and they refuse any compliance with this app and are also preparing for legal steps against them
