We've been using Sendlane for almost a year now and we love it! There were some bumps along the way during onboarding but overall we really enjoy the platform. The Sendlane team is also great to work with and really listen to our feedback. Support is always super helpful when we reach out and I love that we have a dedicated account manager that helps us when sending out campaigns and is just here to support us. Definitely recommend for teams who are small and really want that dedicated support.

Switching to Sendlane has been one of the smoothest platform transitions we’ve made. From day one, their team has gone above and beyond—making onboarding incredibly easy and continuing to provide excellent support as new questions or needs arise. Communication has been stellar, and the resources available (including detailed documentation and a very responsive 24/7 live chat) make it easy to troubleshoot or expand our usage. Having a dedicated account representative adds a personal, reliable touch to the experience.

The Sendlane platform itself is intuitive and well-designed. Integration with Shopify is seamless—syncing data effortlessly across our stores. We currently manage four (soon to be five) Shopify stores under a single Sendlane account, which has made centralized marketing much more efficient.

One of the most powerful features is Sendlane’s expansive automation capabilities. It pulls rich, detailed customer data from Shopify, allowing for smart segmentation and hyper-targeted marketing. Customer tagging and behavior tracking are especially effective for personalizing campaigns.

We’re also loving the new product feeds, which ensure that updates to collections and products are reflected in real-time—hugely helpful when tailoring promotions to specific segments.

Overall, Sendlane has become an essential part of our marketing ecosystem. Highly recommended for any business looking for robust email/SMS marketing with stellar support and deep Shopify integration

Sendlane has made a huge difference for Fresh Chile. We needed a platform that could handle both email and SMS seamlessly, and Sendlane delivered. App doesn't track metrics correctly. The beacon fails regularly and customer service is no help. The reporting dashboard is basically worthless as its not reporting metrics correctly on the sends. I can see on my pixel orders from Sendlane email referrers, but dashboard in Sendlane says $0 in revenue.

Sendlane has been great to work with. We switched over from Klaviyo and not only is Sendlane half the price the customer service is also 10 times better. They are still a relatively new e-mail marketing service so there are some hiccups here and there but the team is fast to fix them. They take your feedback seriously and work with you to fix issues. I would highly recommend you give them a try.
