Sensible Inventory Forecasting

Update: Their website has been down for a while, but now the app is non-functional. Based on the lack of communication this year, it's likely they went out of business. :(

In 2025, they were very responsive and receptive to suggestions/requests. This year, you can't get a single response out of them, whether it's a question about an existing claimed function or a request for their export to contain all the columns shown in the app instead of cherry-picked ones. It's unfortunate, as it's so close to being perfect. I've reached out via their fancy built in chat/support within the app as well as direct emails to the support email on their site. Absolutely no response to anything sent as of 5 months ago.

The team behind Sensible Inventory Forecasting has been really great to work with. There are some unique aspects of our shop that make forecasting needs challenging and Sensible has been highly responsive to our requests and ideas. They are receptive to changes, easy to communicate with and have built a really impressive app. It's very useful in determining what products/brands we need to prioritize and the snooze feature is especially useful when transitioning to next season's product.

A useful tool for any business. I design, manufacture and sell products all by myself, so taking some of the calculations off the spreadsheet and leaving them in the hands of this app has been a significant relief. It's allowed me to further automate my statistics and processes, ultimately making running a small business alone just a little easier. I have yet to run into any issues :)

Great tool to any business holding inventory. It makes the process of restocking much easier and less time consuming, leaving room to focus on other areas. No issues with the app, very pleased and highly recommend!

This app is streamlined and helps to get the Shop Machine running constantly by precise forecasting by your rules.
Customer Support is really great and listen to you problems.
App is getting updates and for us it is the perfect solution for forecasting multiple vendors from different suppliers.

Love this app. These guys go above and beyond to ensure you get the most out of it - they even went and developed an integration with another app on my store just to make sure we could include all our bundles in the projections. Highly recommend and I wouldn't run a store without it.
