We were able to initially use this program for our photos but when I've tried to do it for new photos over the past few months it doesn't work. I wrote them an email for support a few weeks back but no one ever replied.

If you have a lot of products and you already have started doing Image Alt Text DO NOT install this app. It will cost you a lot of hours of work and sink any SEO work you have done. This is the biggest regret I have with our store. Don't make the same mistake.

Our app calculates and lets you choose the option between optimizing "All Images Alt Texts" or "Without Alt Text Image". We are clearly providing a sample output which will be as output once operations are done! Due to the API calls limit by Shopify, we've clearly mentioned that this will take time but we never see any merchant facing any issues. Can you please let us know about your catalog size and what operations you made which caused the sink of SEO so our team can check and assist you as much as we can?

This app does not work, maybe if you are a really small store with only a couple of products but for anyone with a decent number of products the app will not work.

Two days ago, there came a technical issue that caused a delay in updating the alt texts. During this time, your alt text processing got stuck as well. If you are still facing the issue, please let us know so our technical team can check and assist you!

If you do decide to use this App, please ensure you've backed up your product file so you can reinstall it should anything go wrong!

Yes it added Image Alt Text to the Primary image of each product, however in the process it removed all additional images from each product.

Thank goodness I backed up my product file before using!

Now in the process of reinstalling the product file, and deleting the SEO Optimise App of course!
