Hi,

After speaking with Shopify Support, I understand that the charge is coming through Shopify’s billing system, but since it originated from the app provider’s side, the credit or cancellation will need to be handled by them directly.

so I requesting you for a credit application instead of a refund, since this wasn’t paid yet. If you apply the credit, I won’t need to pay those charges.

Thank you for your patience.
We're currently reviewing your refund request with Shopify to verify the billing status of this subscription before making a decision.

In the meantime, Shopify has also advised that you contact Shopify Support directly so they can verify the app charge on your billing account. Once the billing status has been confirmed, we'll review your refund request accordingly.
