Serialix lives inside the order page. Staff type or scan a serial next to each line item while packing — no separate portal. Later, one search finds the order and customer any serial shipped with, so warranty checks, repairs and recalls take seconds instead of spreadsheet digging. Import serials from a supplier CSV or generate numbered ranges, auto-assign from the pool on fulfillment, and get alerts when an order ships without one.
