ServvAI Event Bookings

So far I am loving this app! Mic was so kind to walk me through the app as well as answer my 75 million questions. I'm really thrilled about the functionality as well as the excellent customer service. I can see myself being with Servv for a long time coming. I highly recommend this app especially after spending a few months testing out some other more expensive experiences. This has way more capabilities.

I use Servv every single week to create in-person events which require individual tickets. Each time I've had a technical glitch, the team at Servv have been quick to support and repair it. The app works perfectly for my purposes and simplifies the ticket sales process for my business. The only thing I wish I could change would be the default European date formatting. I know what it means and don't mind it personally, but it confuses my clients so I have to manually change it with each event or any time we make an edit. Most recently, we added in the auto email reminder 24 hours in advance and that was a huge timesaver from sending manual reminders through Mail Chimp. Thank you for all the support!

The Servv app is exactly what we are looking for! We want to take our online classes and live events to the next level, it was not previously possible within our Shopify store. I am very encouraged by the team at Servv in their communication and willingness to implement feedback. I've never been so impressed with a customer service team! The Servv team built custom functionality for my site and have worked with me pretty much daily to ensure everything is working properly. I'm extremely grateful for them and cannot recommend this app enough!!!!!

Great app and even better support. Very open minded to add new features and improve their app. We had a few requests that we needed help with and after jumping on a call with they offered all the fixes and great customer service.

Seriously super impressed with their customer support! Never before has any app Dev company scheduled a zoom call on the spot and fixed my issues in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended! They also have a super-efficient booking app. They offer a lot of bang for buck.

Their support is very responsive and they are accommodating of your requests. We've been using their app for a few months now, and we are happy thus far.
