Servv: Events Booking App

The Customer Service is outstanding!! Very helpful and polite. Its taking me a bit to get a hang of the app, and thats because I am not a technology girl, but they have helped me along the way.

I am highly impressed with Servv’s customer support. I had many questions that were answered in a Zoom call with a walkthrough and demonstration of the Servv app features.

I highly suggest shop owners to use this app because it has all the features our shop needs to set up appointments and keep them organized without any manual work.

so far as i've been testing it is working well - what i can say is the support through online chat is awesome! really helpful as i am not a techie at all - it seems to have good features for the price and perfect pay as you go while i build this business so less fixed monthly bills!!

First of all I would like to say I had an amazing customer experience. I was taken through a step by step process on how to set up an account. Also created a real event with the wonderful assistant. I look forward to working with this app as a tool to provide good customer support for my clients.

After a lot of looking this app works exactly as I need it to for online and in person events. The Servv team have been amazing in helping me get the app up and running, providing an online demo, answering my many, many questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend working with the servv team.
