Let's just say my experience with ship to the moon has been mixed. I placed a order through them and the order was still processing 6 days later, I contacted them through Facebook and they said they would look into it and that someone would be in touch, shortly after the order change to fulfilled and the tracking number was uploaded to my store, almost a week after the order was placed. I told them this and never got a response. According to the tracking number it was created on the 1st, but wasn't uploaded until the 5th. After messaging through the website someone finally responded, but still didn't fully understand my issue. They did ship fairly fast but my experience with customer service has been mixed, one agent seemed responsive but still didn't seem to know how to solve the issue. The app also seem to be buggy at times, with some broken links, and some things not working like they should.
