The tracking page was easy to get going and it actually looks decent, not like some generic template. Customers stopped asking me all the time where their orders were, which is a huge relief.

It took me about 15min to set up everything including Tracking Page and Delivery Notifications. After that, it just runs. I check it a couple of times a week but haven’t had issues so far

We ship from Asia to EU and US. Tracking updates used to stop midway with other tools. so far Ship24 has been consistent.

What i appreciate is that it is not complicated. I connected my store and didn't have to mess with settings for hours. It just started tracking orders automatically.

I check the dashboard every few days just to monitor deliveries. It gives a quick
overview of what’s delayed or delivered, which is helpful when managing everything
alone.
