I installed the app because I needed more advanced shipping control than Shopify’s default settings. I was trying to set up custom shipping rates based on product type, apply different rates for heavy items, and have a fallback rate in case no rule matched.
At first, I honestly couldn’t figure out how to properly configure everything. The app is powerful, but I wasn’t sure how to structure the rules correctly for my store.
I reached out to support and they guided me step by step from A to Z. They helped me set up weight-based rates, custom product rules, and made sure the fallback protection was working properly. They even tested everything with me to confirm it was calculating correctly at checkout.
