Merchants build conditional shipping rules using a visual rule builder, defining when specific rates should appear based on customer data, product attributes, cart contents, and shipping destination. When a customer reaches checkout, the app evaluates all active rules in real time and returns only the matching shipping rates. This gives merchants full control over what shipping options each customer sees and at what price.
