Shipoff: Shipping Offer

First off, it's important to note that this app is fully functional with Shopify's Basic plan and doesn't require any upgrade on that end. Shopify has made it very difficult to moderate shipping charges for the customer at checkout and negatively impacts conversion without upgrading plans to enable the Shipping Discount Block or Third Party Carrier-Calculated Shipping Rates. This app provides a solution at an affordable price for smaller stores.

The interface for the app may not be immediately intuitive as there aren't simple buttons that explicitly say things like "if more than two rates apply discount this rate," etc. and instead is presented more akin to skeleton code and require you to come up with an algorithm that solves your particular conditions. That said, the support team is VERY helpful with this and all you need to do is contact them and they will help you set it up if you find yourself unsure of where to start so this should not detract anyone from trying this app. Once you understand how it works and what options are available within the framework Shopify has created it is very powerful.

I debated between awarding this app 4 or 5 stars because of the interface, but in the end their customer service delivers exactly what you pay for, and for the price is excellent. Making the interface more intuitive would be the only note I have.

Shipoff has fully solved our issue of shipping prices being stacked when orders have items from multi inventory sources.

Sid was very responsive and helpful in the set up, but the app is very intuitive and easy to customise to our own very complex requirements. We were up and running and fully functional in a couple of hours from install.

I spent a long time trying other shipping apps before I came across Shipoff, and none were able to solve the issue of stacked rates, due to Shopify sending multi inventory orders as separate orders based on the inventory location.

Now we simply have shipping profiles set up on Shopify's native shipping set up and have rules set on Shipoff to counter the stacked rates

They were very helpful. Its a bit confusing at first, but I got on with their support and they were very helpful.

I am still learnign all thing Shopify and it is hard going at times. I have struggled to find a solution to being able to give my customers with a Dealer tag a discount on shipping, as ai have an automatic discount on products.

I downloaded this app and struggled with what turned out to be "issues I created" in the conditions. The support team were fabulous. They were so patient and kind as they worked through it with me.
once I fixed my errors it worked like a dream.

It looks fabulous and is super easy to grasp (once I fixed my errors).

Highly recommend!! Its clean, easy to use and does what it says it will. Alot of the apps I tried earlier did not.

In combination with their other app ShipZip, we were able to address an issue where we are sending items from multiple locations but where seeing the shipping rate not calculate correctly. With the great attention and quick response from the support team, we were able to quickly address the issue and solve this problem as we incorporated additional locations in Shopify. Great flexibility on creating the rules and easy interface. Recommend on both usability and support by tech support team.

The first time I experienced such impressive customer service. The team looked into my issue immediately. Instead of telling me "Sorry the function you need is not supported by this App." They built if for me! Twice!! Mind you, this was on a 3.99/Mo subscription fee and without any additional charges. I highly recommend this app (if its what you need) but more importantly, the developers.

I was having an issue installing the program and working properly at first. I chatted with support and they worked on everything to check it and it ended up being a discount I had already set up in shopify. Once i got rid of it, I was able to adjust Shipping to just one carrier and rate which is saving our business money with shipping but also allowing our customers to get expedited shipping if they are still interested.

This app solved the issue we face shipping from multiple locations, now we can keep reasonable shipping charges.

Maybe in the future can have more options like apply the discount direct to the shipping instead of the items.

Recommended, easy to use.

This app is 100% worth the investment, it allows you to sell products in multiple shipping profiles and adjust the checkout amount so the customer only pays one amount not the combination of two shipping amounts.

Customer service is ridiculously fast, and they don't just tell you what to do they show you so you know for future.

Sid was great helping us set up a complicated shipping discount for a specific set of products! Our customers are more willing to spend the money for products when they know we're working with them to discount their shipping fees. Would recommend.
