I haven't opened my courier portal in weeks. Every stuck parcel, payment detail, and delivery advice is right inside ShipOps — and it works properly on my phone, so I can clear the whole day's follow-ups from bed. Orders get confirmed by automated calls before dispatch, which has cut down the fake and RTO orders. For a COD store, this is the one app I'd not run without.
