They supported in ways which reduced our workload and improved our user’s shopping experience. They are very technically competent. I wish I had found this app when I first moved to Shopify and lost our functionality to add shipping rates by postcode that we had in Wix. Sid was very helpful in getting the app set up. He offered calls to discuss the issues. The only thing was the time difference between the countries, so some issues took longer to troubleshoot. I would recommend this app for those looking for delivery + pickup options on their site.
