Support is slow. I've been paying for this app for 4 months, and it worked well initially. For the last 3 months it has been installed but not working and support keeps replying saying "please kindly note the issue is fixed". I send videos showing the app is not working, and then they tell me they will look into it, then again confirm it's fixed. I've asked for proof from them where they see it working and they have not provided. I have also asked for a refund for the months this hasn't worked and they have ignored the request.
The last email I received from them was after again showing a video that the app is not functioning, and they said they will get back to me in 12-24 hours. It has been 3 days and I have followed up daily with no response.
Will update my review if they can get their app working, but right now we're missing tons of revenue for BFCM due to slow and inadequate support. Wish I had switched before BFCM.

Customer support helped fix the problem in a timely manner. This app is a must if you have physical products. It pays for itself and then some. Totally worth it!!
Ship Protect is great! Super easy to setup and use. Had a warehousing issue, I emailed support and within 5minutes Ty one of the founders was able to support to get those orders filtering back through to the warehouse! All in all can't fault them!
Bad support bad app. The support is very slow and the app didn't work. they said to wait 24/7 after I paid
Good customer service
Does not work upon installation. When I spoke with the help desk they said they would need to reach out to their dev team who was so backed up with requests, that it may take 2 days to get the app operating properly. Lots of red flags here.
Update: August 18. I've had developers try and figure out why the app does not work with Prestige and they can't seem to figure it out. I receive an email that they worked on it all night long and now it's working, only for it to break again. The customer support here is great, however, the developers seem to lack skill. Overall, if you have Prestige, don't install the app.
