Great support in the app, very quick reply and help. Shipping protection has given my customers more trust in my brand and help cover those lost packages!

Our customers love it because they know their packages are protected and we love it as a simple up-sell.
We've got it working in with the monster apps cart and it's seamless.
Customer service is amazing, with all our queries dealt with very quickly.

Shipping Protect has been a really easy app to use. It has allowed our customers piece of mind that there parcel will arrive safe and sound and has been an easy way for us to collect fee to pass onto our delivery service without it being an out of pocket expense. The customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend this app.

I had some issues with the app after upgrading our theme to the latest version, and couldn't get this working for some time. Support was able to resolve the issues I was having and everything appears to be working now. For the time the app has been working we've seen a great ROI and have been very pleased with it.
The App works well, and customer support is very prompt and helpful.
Haven't had a chance to run tests yet on this new app to us but the customer service is one of the best! Angelica responded quickly and was easy to work with. This + monster carts will be a game changer.
App is a nightmare. Can't put in decimal points in the flat rate, so $1.25 shows up at $125. App did not work upon activation. Also once installed, my flat rate shipping turned into weight based. Waste of time.
Happy to help here - The $1.25 no worries :) just shoot a message to the team. Weight based Shipping - sorry we don't touch these settings. Potentially its a setting in shopify that's been ticked. This has never happened for any other merchant.

Bad support bad app. The support is very slow and the app didn't work. they said to wait 24/7 after I paid
Hey heyyy team.. Sometimes it takes a little time for devs to go through and update themes- especially through holiday period. We have to make sure they are working perfectly before pushing live. Happy to refund any $$ incurred in that time of course!

Great App, Great Support from Angelica. Easy to install and conversion rate for us has been 63%. It's actually a no brainer.
