Pathetic experience with this app and support team.
The app is no longer functional, yet customers are still being charged for it. Neither the Shiprocket team nor the Shopify team seemed aware that the app was not working anymore.
We installed the app, found that it was non-functional, and uninstalled it the very same day without even using it once. Despite this, we were still charged.
The most frustrating part is that the Shiprocket team took 7 days just to confirm that the app is no longer functional and suggested installing “Smart EDD” instead. If the app is discontinued or broken, why are users still being charged for it?
This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Even after acknowledging the issue, they are refusing to refund the amount.
Shameful and pathetic service. Please escalate this internally so that other users do not get fooled into paying for a non-working app.
