Many couriers can't deliver to PO boxes or need a recipient phone number to dispatch a parcel. Orders with these addresses lead to returned parcels, fulfillment delays and extra support work. ShipShield checks each shipping address in Shopify checkout and asks the buyer for a street address or phone number before the order is placed. You choose the rules and the message buyers see, and can test sample addresses first. US destinations are supported; pickup and local delivery orders are skipped.
