Shomi adds an AI shopping assistant to your storefront. It helps shoppers discover and compare products through natural-language chat, manage the current storefront cart, and continue to Shopify's native checkout. Merchants enable Shomi through a Theme App Embed without editing theme code. The merchant-facing interface is in English, while shopper conversations support English and Simplified Chinese.
