This app has made our world a lot easier, from reducing calls into our location, de-escalating customer issues, keeping customers informed and knowledgeable, and making it easy for us to pinpoint keywords that are customers are having questions about.

What an app!
ShopBot has handled a lot of our customer service issues over the past few weeks. Customer service questions that would take a few hours to handle due to the size of ur team now takes a few seconds.
If you alre looking for a free/cost-effective solution for most Customer Service related tasks, this is the app!

We have been using ShopBot since its release, and it's made our customer service amazing both before and after a purchase. Our customers always got frustrated using the previous store assistant app, but somehow this assistant is has served our customers amazingly.
