The checkbox didn't work well with my theme at first, but after contacting customer support they edited the CSS for me and the look of the checkbox is now beautiful. They did all this for me in less than a day! I'd been looking for a good checkbox app that supports more than one checkbox and this one gets the job done perfectly!

I just installed this app and seems flexible and does just what I needed. It is also priced fairly. Some tweaks were needed to make it work well with my Theme and the Support team were extremely helpful in getting that sorted. They have been quick, detailed, persistent, clear and polite through the whole process. I highly recommend this App and this company.
