ミツモラクは、卸・法人取引(B2B)のあるストア向けの見積ワークフローアプリです。帳票を「印刷」するだけのアプリとは違い、見積の提示から受注までの流れ全体を自動化します。 商品を検索して明細を作り、得意先ごとの掛け率を適用した見積単価を設定。鑑(御見積金額・有効期限・納期・支払条件)と税率別内訳を備えた日本の商習慣に沿った見積書PDFを、社印(角印)付きで発行できます。 見積書はワンクリックでメール送付。メールには承認リンクが含まれ、得意先はログイン不要で内容を確認し、その場で「承認」または「差し戻し(コメント付き)」ができます。承認されると、見積単価を反映した下書き注文をワンクリックで作成。転記ミスや二度手間がなくなります。 ダッシュボードでは送付済み見積の承認状況・承認率・受注化金額を一覧でき、送りっぱなしを防ぎます。インボイス制度の税率別集計(10%・軽減8%)にも対応。
