The app doesn't sync automatically when there are existing products in both Etsy and Shopify with matching SKUs. I reached out support but they were disinterested in their tone and I was fobbed off - despite being told they would 'ask their manager and get back to me', they never did.

I have the same products listed across the 3 platforms, so now, when my Shopify product sells on Shopify or on Ebay, it will also adjust the inventory in my Etsy store, This app is awesome! It really does what it's supposed to do
