App is easy to use and any issues I had were handled by support quickly. My only issue is not all orders sync correctly so I have to manually change inventory so it updates in other platforms. But this has only happened a few times. Overall, one of the most user-friendly of the apps I use.

I purchased this application about a week ago. It does not automatically sync as advertised. Yesterday I sold an item on Etsy and the order does not appear on my shopify store. Also - the application does not know the status of my already processed orders. In short, the sync is a mess! I would not recommend to use it today. I have reported the issue to support. I reported this issue earlier and they appeared to fix it. . .. obviously they just ran the sync in the background, and even then, their application does not know that the sync happened. . . I will update this again if support can fix it. . . I will update

Update…. I mothballed my store for a couple of years. I started back up and had a sale this morning on Shopify. Etsy inventory not updated. :(. I’m going to look for alternatives.

After the App wasn´t working as expected, I contacted the Developer, had Video calls with them and explained every single issue. Most of the issues where fixed by the them. But 2 major issues, Bulk Upload and Tracking ID Sync aren´t working after months. I tried to contact the developer again to ask about the status of Tracking ID sync. They stopped responding me. The overall review after many months of use is just disapointing.

Very disappointing, their support e-mail does not respond. All of the other Shopify apps I use has very responsive support. I am hoping they will read my rating and contact me.

2/2/24 Update: I got an email from the company asking me to "Kindly requesting you please update your review." My review is still the same because the app service did not improve as there are many inconsistencies and bugs. Hope you enjoy this update.

Installed this app a few hours ago & went with the lowest cost option. Quickly & very easily upload 87 products already, so I'll probably upgrade to the 1,000 package. Very easy to use - ran into no problems at all. Once you get the flow / develop a rhythm of adding your items, it's basically effortless! Love the side notes/help section provided during uploads. You COULD spend $40+ per month for an app that does the same thing, but I'm not sure why you'd want to! I must add that I was reluctant to install this app because of some not-so-good reviews, but my installation and uploading went perfectly. Thank you so much! ➡️ UPDATED Review: it's been 8 months since I've been using this app, and it has never disappointed me! As a matter of fact, it keeps getting better! I'm honestly not sure why there are 1 -2 star reviews because it is very easy to use and does exactly what it says it will. I remain steadfast with my 5 stars. Thanks!!

I truly love this app. It saves me so much time from manually entering each product from my store into Etsy. Anytime, I need assistance, there is always someone available to walk me through the process. Once you preset all of the features within the app, it's a breeze transferring products from my store into Etsy.
