UPDATE: 5/15/22 - They stopped supporting me and the app has all but stopped working. It is no longer transferring the tracking information from Shopify to Etsy and they were never able to get it fixed. It also wouldn't allow me to list a new product without a shipping profile that i had already built but for some reason it wouldn't import. I have only been using the app for about a week but it seems to be working well. The app integrated easily and was easy to set up. I had to reach out to tech support once but they were supper responsive and were able to help me right away.
I never got it to work and their support was supposed to email me once they got it sorted its been close to a week now and no resolution. I switched to another app and it works easier.
The automap feature will stop responding after 50 products. The bulk import option is also limited to 10 product at a time. If you have a large store, this will be an issue. The developers do not know how to resolve this.
Beware!! Stopped bulk loading after 28 listings. Tried everything to get the rest to load but then it kept crashing. So I decided to cancel the subscription and its almost impossible! If someone knows how to cancel and get rid of this please post!!!
I contacted the developer and outlined the following 4 errors and they responded saying that the four issues were fixed and three of them are not. Spent (wasted) quite a bit of time trying to get the app to work. Don't recommend it. Automap still not working - My Etsy store has 50 active products and the automapping only sees 34, I manually mapped one product so, now 35 are synced. Still not resolved - When on the Dashboard, why is it importing products that are set to 'draft' in Shopify? Even after removing them, they keep reappearing with every automapping. Still not resolved - On the Dashboard - when on the bottom the filter is set for 100 products and a product is mapped/edited, why does the filter go back to default? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting
Why does it not stay at 100? https://etsync.waytoapps.com/public/etsylisting?&rows=100 Resolved - Why is there no indication when automapping is completed? A yellow box showing progress appears and then disappears, no confirmation dialog stating that automapping has been completed.
Thank you for your feedback. Regarding 'Draft' products, we have not removed draft products from our app before you perform auto mapping. That is the reason draft products are visible for you. Now Automap will not import draft products. On the Dashboard - showing 10 even after changing the limit to 100 is fixed now. Regarding indication of completion of automapping is already fixed and you have confirmed the same over email.
However all these issues are fixed now. Below screencast is your reference.

This is my 3rd Etsy <-> Shopify app I have tried. I wish I had learned to code because the best of them so far is this one, but it's not without it's own problems. It did not even seem to work at first, but support fixed it rather quickly. I'm giving it 3 stars because these apps just seem to always have lots of little problems/missing features, almost like no one really uses them, or asks for features. And if people are asking for things and not getting them, well that's not good either. The few issues/ideas I have reported them to support but no follow ups to my email on the issues. I'm really also surprised at the lack of simple things not in the program, like being able to set Etsy Sections in the category profiles. This sure would save a lot of time, as well as a products weight does not seem to be exported to Etsy, and again odd that the profile categories do not allow setting item dimensions. Also forcing me to set a default shipping profile that is not using calculated shipping just like all my stuff on etsy sells for, it just seems odd, so I have to remember to change that on Etsy.com. While the app is a little bit of a time saver, it's also still requiring me to do so much manual work to properly list an item on Etsy. At this time because it's really requiring me to do so much more extra work, I don't feel it's worth paying for. I do understand apps can't do everything. But I really am spending more time than I should be fixing things in Etsy.com that should be handled by this app. I'm going to look for other apps for now. Maybe I'll take look again later.
