A beacon in your theme reports when your storefront loads on a domain you don't own, reverse image search finds your product photos on other sites, and look-alike domains are caught as they are registered. Each find is checked against your catalog and reviewed side by side before you are alerted. Shopmark then sends abuse and DMCA notices with timestamped evidence to the host, registrar, Shopify and Google, and re-checks each clone until it is gone.
