Shoppers search your catalog, read policies, and check orders from a chat on your store.
Shop Navigator adds a chat to the Online Store. Shoppers search indexed products and collections, read synced policies and your FAQs, and look up an order after they verify it. Answers come from your catalog and knowledge base. The app does not invent products, prices, or discount codes.
- Search indexed products and show real titles, prices, and images
- Look up order status after the shopper verifies the order
- Answer from synced store policies and the FAQs you add
