Shopney ‑ Mobile App Builder

We have been using shopney for months now and they are very supportive and there customer service is amazing speacially Mr.Murat & Melissa. where at anytime they answer our inquires & provide full back-end support. its was a pleasure and will continue working with them.

Support so far has been amazing, just waiting for the app to go live but process so far has been smooth

Excellent customer service and they answer really quickly! I would recommend it for anyone who would like their store to have an online app.

Shopney - Mobile App Builder helped me set up a mobile app for my company with so much ease. They handle the deployment and submission process and the customer support is always one click away. Free and unlimited push notification feature is a huge plus!

I tried many App builders and I must say that shopney is one of the greatest and smoothest builder that I tried. I decided to create my App with Shopney, the customer service is exceptional they always online and ready to help. Lara did answer to all my questions and was really professional. I have a good feeling, and I am certain that my app will become successful with Shopney :)

What I did not like about it?

1-If you choose bottom bar navigation you will not be able to fill the upper part of the app, and once you open the app you will feel the app is empty from the top, because there is a space, and this can not be fixed as per the team,

2-The app is quite expensive, and the plans are not flexible, you will pay a lot if you want to have even if the basic features, for Gold plan it must be cheaper, or else add more features,

3-Asking the customers to share the Apple ids credentials to upload the app, I had to purchase another year from Apple to make a separate account from my personal account so I can give them the credentials.

4-No ability to capture all the translations from the translation app

But still, the app got 5 stars for the reasons below:

1-Making and changing the design is very easy and flexible
2-The flexibility to make changes as per the customer's request,
3-The great customer experience
4-After the submission, the app is very fast and has no lagging or loading issues
5-After the submission, the photos, collections and products are reflected in very high quality and the design is very professional.
6-Real-time synchronization with Shopify store is in less than seconds for any changes made even translation.

After a good amount of my research and trail for a professional clean looking Native apps for my shopify store, here is the final stop !!
App Features :
Most of the advanced e-commerce features are there like Push notifications for both iOS and Android,In app custom chat, WhatsApp integration etc..
Simply Amazing App build portal :
With few simple drag and drop we can achieve a fully customised app .
Support :
Superb dedicated support people, they are chasing and resolving the problems promptly and patiently hear the custom requirements and will full fill if it can be done any how.
Over All I would say without any doubt No 1 native Mobile solution for Android&iOS among shopify mobile apps.

The service of this app is so expected. I haven't even started yet, but the CS staff who supported me were so kind. It was fast and precise, as if I was right next to me telling me how to do it.

The Shopney client service is the most efficient ever! They help you every step of the way. The design of the app is basic but good enough to launch your own ecommerce shop.
