We sell chocolate and other food products and were looking for a better way to understand how our store data changes over time.
What we like about ShopSight is that it doesn’t only track product changes. It also provides history for inventory, customers, orders, variants, and metafields, giving us a much broader view of what happened in the store and when.
Having access to historical data makes it much easier to investigate questions, compare previous and current values, and understand changes that would otherwise be difficult to reconstruct.
The app was easy to set up and the developer has been very responsive to feedback.
