Great app and excellent customer service. I also like how many integrations have.
Customer. Service. I could write novels about how much the team at Shopventory has helped our business transition from an old school, paper pushing brick and mortar into an online business that helped us survive during the pandemic. The simplicity of the UI but the capabilities of the software are unmatched. We initially used this as a bridge between Clover and Shopify to bring our store online and now we are launching into Shopify POS and even though we could do MOST things directly through Shopify, the customer service keeps me coming back to Shopventory. There are a few analytics and financial tracking aspects that Shopventory does outperform Shopify on so those are also reasons, but getting to chat with the team any time I have a question is the number one. It's like chatting to friends and I always walk away with a smile on my face with the interactions. I can't give them enough stars. They deserve the galaxy.

This comment is about the customer service experience I had with two agents. Rio and Alejandro were excellent is assisting me with figuring out an error that I was receiving. They worked through the evening and then followed up with me first thing the next morning to see if the fix we tried worked. It did indeed and provided me with the information about what steps I needed to take to remediate any duplication issues. Much appreciated.

I have been using Shopventory for years, and it's about time I write a review. This inventory app is GREAT! It syncs well, updates great and displays everything we need. The bundles & variations are perfect for those needing those features with their inventory and now with the recently added Shopify fields, it allows me to update everything in one place. I have had the BEST support from this team, I have used a lot of apps over the years with Shopify and these guys are good at what they do and are quick to help, and if they can't they find someone else who can. We have multiple locations, and thousands of products and enjoy working with this app to organize them all. If you are questioning this app for inventory, don't. Get it.

I was having trouble figuring out where the integration to my Shopify site went for each product with the new updates. I did the help chat and Danielle was quick and resolved my issue with easy videos she sent to help me understand where I needed to go with the new navigation.

Rio was extremely prompt with answering my questions today, as is the rest of the Shopventory/Thrive team. I always get the help I need and love their integration. It's especially clutch that they recently added Vendors and Product Types to sync to their integrations. This has saved me a lot of time in my job and I appreciate how much they try to make changes based on what they hear from their customers.

Shopventory is an increasingly helpful tool with new features coming out often, but its Customer Success team is unbelievably patient and communicative and I've frankly never in my life chatted with someone as invested in solving an issue as Ruth was in our multi-day ongoing conversation, even given a challenging and frustrating problem that went well beyond her or my control. We're still working through the issue now, but I know we'll have it resolved soon enough because of the confidence that Ruth instills in me for Shopventory.
