Many highlight exceptional support via chat, email, phone, and screen shares, including Spanish. It’s praised for smooth syncing, shared inventory pools, bundles, and detailed reporting with low‑stock alerts and COGS tracking. Merchants say it’s a game changer for moving off manual systems, simplifying operations, and supporting growth.
Needs more work on transfers between stores and what it allows and doesn't allow as far as transfers. I spend more time on inventory control then doing what i need to as far as transferring product between stores. NOT IDEAL for multi stores or large inventorys that do online shopping and instore sales, unless you want to spend EXTRA time on inventory control.
