no it still shows on my site and its confuses my customers I won't reomove something thats true and hasn't been fixed

Hi, I've sent you email to your Gmail email account (just as you asked to do) asking for the request access code as I need access to your account in order to check the issue.
It would be great if you could also send me a screenshot as what you see may even not belong to our app.
You haven't replied to any of my emails. It looks like none of your emails are working and there is no way to communicate. Please reply to email I've sent to you yesterday to your Gmail account.
