Very Bad Experience with Shukan Mall Dropshipping

I had a very disappointing experience with Shukan Mall Dropshipping. Their service is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

First, they insisted that I recharge my wallet before placing any order, saying only then the order would be processed. After I recharged the wallet and made the payment, everything changed.

No product delivery at all
No updates or order tracking
Customer care is completely unresponsive
They are not picking up calls or replying to messages

It clearly feels like a scam. Once they receive the money, they stop responding and do not process the order.

I strongly recommend others to stay away from this company to avoid losing money. Very poor service and zero customer support.

It has been almost two months since our orders were delivered, and they still haven’t settled the COD payments into our account. It’s been a very bad experience; they have no email, chat, or phone number to reach support. Some how we found someone within the company After dozens of calls and messages, COD isn't settle and they just keep asking for more time. Do not use this app—not recommended!!
