I have tried a few Reorder apps and so far, Reorder Master has been great! For me, the most important aspect to any of these apps is support and the support from Hulk Apps has been exceptional. Thank you Mitali!!

Having recently moved from Prestashop to Shopify one thing my customers missed was the re-order function. The Reorder Master app from HulkApps does this. They also helped me install the app which was much appreciated.

The App works great and their support is on point. We have been using it for years and I know it has helped.
update 2023 - i reached out to have some extra coding to link it with rebuy and they did super fast and no extra cost to me

Great app, does what you need it to do. Surprised that reordering isn't a standard option available in Shopify but the free one does the trick.
Had a request for a slight change to the design and they were able to help me out promptly, very happy with the level of support provided.

操作は比較的シンプルで使いやすい方だと思います。
当然日本のショップでも十分使えます。
「マイページの注文履歴から再注文」と「再注文を促すリマインダーメール」の機能を活用しています。
感心したのがチャットでのサポートがとにかく親切で早いこと。
チャットは英語ですが自動翻訳で日本語でやりとりでき、分からないことがあったらすぐ対応してくれます。
サポート体制にすごく感激しました。
