We have been using Simple RFID for several years now. Due to our specific products and environment, we initially faced some challenges getting the system to work. But Stan, John and the rest of the team bent over backwards to ensure that their system ended up delivering as promised. I would highly recommend this solution for anyone looking to modernize their inventory process.
I have been using SimpleRFID for two years, and I can't imagine returning to the old way of counting inventory. Their technology has completely transformed our process, making it faster, more accurate, and significantly more efficient.
What truly sets SimpleRFID apart is their exceptional support team. They are always eager to assist, making me feel like I have a true partner in this process. There were moments when I considered stepping away from RFID as a process, but their dedicated guidance and commitment to problem-solving kept me on track.
What I appreciate most is their openness to feedback. They actively seek input on how to enhance their systems, and they don't just listen—they implement meaningful changes that make a real difference.
If you're considering RFID solutions, I wholeheartedly recommend SimpleRFID. Their technology is outstanding, and their customer service is unmatched.
It has been now 2 month going back and forth with them and still the system is not working properly. We are even feeling they are using us as an experiment for their unfinished product. We invested a lot on this system and I think it’s a loss for the company! Stay away from this solution for now, they are not ready!
2 Jul 2025: after troubleshooting their issues with us and using all the labels we bought for that purpose they are asking us to buy the labels again to continue troubleshooting in the hopes it will work. Such a shame! Stay away from this app!

Over the past year, we worked hard to resolve every concern you raised, including:
• Sending two complimentary rolls of jewelry labels and covering shipping costs from the US to Saudi Arabia.
• Replacing your printer with a brand-new unit at no charge and covering shipping both ways (We requested the original unit to be returned but we still haven't received it back).
• Prioritizing and implementing the improvements unique to your business, spending many development hours in the process.
• Waiving all software fees for over 12 months to support your business.
Unfortunately, you requested additional free labels claiming all previous stock was used for testing, but our cloud system shows usage that does not match this claim. At this point, we’ve determined it’s in both parties’ best interest to discontinue the service relationship.

I have been using this app for a few years now. It is working well for our business and the support team has been amazing. Quick responses and willing to help all the time.
Love this app and the support behind it. Once tags are replaced with the RFID tags it takes minutes instead of days!! Thank you Stan
Just started using Simple RFID a few months ago, and just want to say that we are SO incredibly pleased with the product and the Simple RFID team.
RFID has already been beneficial to our business in so many ways! One of our biggest obstacles prior to Simple RFID was that we often weren't able to locate items at all, or it would take 3-4 people and days or weeks to find the items! Total nightmare and SO frustrating! Now that we've started using Simple RFID, we can find our products within minutes. Major GAME CHANGER!!!
Also wanted to add that we've been SUPER pleased with the Simple RFID team and the support they have provided all along the way. Whether it was us contacting them to ask specific questions and get training assistance, or if it was them reaching out to us to see how we can be doing better...they were always there and super helpful!

This is the greatest inventory software EVER! Literally like having a magic-wand. We utilized RFID and this has changed our warehouse forever.
