HIKO Social Login

I installed this app on my Shopify store, but unfortunately it didn’t work properly (or at all).

I initially reached out through the support tab within the Shopify app and didn’t receive any response. A week later, I tried contacting them via the email listed on their website, but that email address doesn’t even exist.

It’s frustrating when you’re trying to use a tool and can’t get any support, especially when there’s no clear way to get in touch.

That said, I’m still open to using the app if it can be made to work. If someone from the team is able to get back to me and help resolve the issue, I’d be happy to update this review.

I needed a specific redirection logic for my store, and Jack from the support team implemented a custom solution just for me within hours. It works perfectly now. If you are looking for a social login app with a developer who actually listens to you, this is the one. 5 stars!

I've been using this app for free for a few years and today wanted to look for a google pop up login, tried another app that didn't work and uninstalled. and then lo and behold saw that this app which I've always had, had the same ability if I upgraded my plan so yes, I did it! thank you for giving me this app for free for years and now I'm so happy to pay for it as well. keep up the good work!

We switched to this app after we had issues with the previous one. This app worked from day one and Jack fixed a small problem we had immediately. He even pointed out an issue in our theme not connected to his app! You can't expect more!
