HIKO Social Login

I installed this app on my Shopify store, but unfortunately it didn’t work properly (or at all).

I initially reached out through the support tab within the Shopify app and didn’t receive any response. A week later, I tried contacting them via the email listed on their website, but that email address doesn’t even exist.

It’s frustrating when you’re trying to use a tool and can’t get any support, especially when there’s no clear way to get in touch.

That said, I’m still open to using the app if it can be made to work. If someone from the team is able to get back to me and help resolve the issue, I’d be happy to update this review.

I needed a specific redirection logic for my store, and Jack from the support team implemented a custom solution just for me within hours. It works perfectly now. If you are looking for a social login app with a developer who actually listens to you, this is the one. 5 stars!

We switched to this app after we had issues with the previous one. This app worked from day one and Jack fixed a small problem we had immediately. He even pointed out an issue in our theme not connected to his app! You can't expect more!

I tried other options, but this one is the best,
the instalation is a breeze (took me 3 min), it looks nice in the website and it works perfectly!

Excellent App, worth way more than the subscription fee.

HIKO app is very easy to use and intuitive for my website's social login page! The design is also more aesthetic compared to other apps! Furthermore, Jack is very responsive and helpful when I had issues with the app! Highly recommended!

It's a great product, easy to setup, we can turn on the SSO from zero to live within 20 mins. And the Google One Tap feature helps to drive biz a lot as well. Highly recommended
