The membership system is easy to use has a ton of documentation. Their was a supper supportive team they where quick to reply and help me thank you Simplee for being simple.

I'm glad I came across Simplee. This app works great for my membership needs from locking premium content, easy UI and setup and speedy customer service. The free trial is also very useful for small businesses that may not have big budgets. As my membership grows, I can't wait to see the expand and dive into their other features.
10/10 definitely recommend.

I looked for a while for a straightforward membership app and tried several other locking/restriction apps as well as subscription apps. None really did what I wanted, and I'm very pleased with Simplee as I rebuild my store around a membership model. Their customer service has been quick and helpful, and they've added custom code twice to help me get my new store off the ground. Thanks Simplee!

Pretty simple and intuitive! For anything that isn't the team is INCREDIBLY responsive. They address any issues and solve them faster than I've ever seen from any other team! You can tell they care about their product and their users. There are some features I'd love to have for my customers that aren't currently offered and they actually asked me what I'd like to see in future product updates - to feel like you're heard and you may very well see those needs addressed is huge! Only way I'll ever stop using Simplee for my membership-based business is if they stop offering their services!

Edit: Migrating off of Shopify and the ONLY thing I will miss is Simplee! It is now October and I love them (and their customer service) just as much now as i did when I first wrote this review - if not more! Simplee is a bright spot in the rapidly dying art of customer service. Will miss this service!

I've been using Simplee for about a month and have been extremely satisfied with both the app and very responsive customer service. A great choice with the features you need and not a lot of extra cruft.

I trialled the Simplee Membership app for my store, and was impressed by many of the features. Sadly my store is niche and I couldn't quite make this app work for my business model. I uninstalled it, and some of the code remained on my site which was not giving me a great result.

I am happy to report that I was able to contact the developers and they assisted me even though I wasn't going to be a long-term customer. Very quick and efficient service was provided by Grant and, before I knew it, my store was back to full working order with all of the unwanted code removed. In my mind this is the measure of REAL customer service... when someone is willing to help you even when you're not going to become a paying customer.

As a result I have been left with a good feeling about the developers. I shall absolutely keep this app in mind for a time when I do need its features, because I know that they will support me.

Simplee Memberships & Rewards has been incredibly easy to use and install. The setup process was straightforward, and we barely needed any guidance to get it up and running. It's a very intuitive app that makes creating and managing memberships hassle-free.

One of the biggest advantages is that there are no transaction fees per member purchase, which is a game-changer compared to many other Shopify competitor apps that charge fees each time members spend. This has saved us a significant amount of money.

The support team is fantastic—they respond quickly and are always patient in explaining anything we don’t understand. They’ve been a huge help in making sure we maximize the potential of the app.

My only feedback is that I wish we could sell memberships directly through the POS app. Right now, our in-store associates have to reroute to the web browser on the iPad to sell memberships, which adds a bit of extra time. That being said, we’re excited to see how this app continues to improve and scale. We can’t wait to see the upcoming enhancements!

This app and the support are great! We have been using this app for the past year and it has been great! Super simple to set up and easy for customers to sign up. We experienced an issue when we updated our theme and these guys were on it within minutes! Highly recommend this app
