I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. Since launching my Shopify site, SEO has been a top priority for me. I came across the Sitemap NoIndex Pro app and, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical—simply because there are so many SEO apps out there.
After doing my research, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. Not much impresses me, but the level of support these guys provide for such a small cost is outstanding. I’ve been using the app for almost a year now, and whenever I need guidance, their support team is always there to help.
If you’re serious about SEO, I highly recommend Noindex Pro!

Totally unacceptable customer service!

The merchant initially reached out with a support request that was actually unrelated to this app—it was for one of our other apps. However, they still chose to leave a negative review on this one.
We assisted the merchant back in 2022 related to this app and responded to every request. More recently, they reached out for help with a different app, and once again, we provided support and responded to every inquiry. However, the merchant did not reply, despite multiple follow-up emails from our team.
To this day, we still haven't heard anything back and are always willing to help with any queries.
This is the very best site map & SEO App! And! The developer contacted me right away asking if I needed any help with installation… ! And! He had taken professional actions on my and my companies behalf that have been extraordinary & successful! And over time he remained wonderfully available and helpful beyond all expectations! I never ever found this type of support. Anthony is too helpful. He analysed my google console and sent me the complete detail. Though i knew the details but I was struggling to get the confirmation from any expert. And Anthony did it for me. I'm using this App for no-follow, Sitemap and other features which are saving my time and money. Im lucky to have him in my contact list. Thank Anthony!

Couldn’t figure out how to cancel this app but learned that if you uninstall it then it will cancel it for you. Thank you for the great customer service and reaching out to fix the issue.

Thank for your review. We responded to your email the very same day you sent it but never heard back from you.
Like all apps on the Shopify App Store, to cancel all you need to do is uninstall/remove the app from your store and that cancels everything. We don't actually handle the subscription side of things, Shopify handle it.
I can confirm that it has been cancelled since you have uninstalled the app.
