Thank you for your review.
The merchant initially reached out with a support request that was actually unrelated to this app—it was for one of our other apps. However, they still chose to leave a negative review on this one.
We assisted the merchant back in 2022 related to this app and responded to every request. More recently, they reached out for help with a different app, and once again, we provided support and responded to every inquiry. However, the merchant did not reply, despite multiple follow-up emails from our team.
To this day, we still haven't heard anything back and are always willing to help with any queries.
