So I have a situation where I have used this app for almost a year. So in a sense I am an old customer. I have a free subscription, and I have asked them to move this app to my other store, which only diference is the language (and for that reason I want to close my first store), so basically, to do that, they are forcing me to take a business plan. I would understand if that was another store, a different product, other business - but now it is identical and the only difference is language...
Don't get this app, because you can get the same functionality just by asking AI to do that. And as you see they will use every opportunity to make money from you.

However, to clarify the situation: your first store was on our Legacy Plan, which was available only when we were initially launching our app for early users. As we previously mentioned, our app will remain completely free for your current store for as long as it stays installed.
When we first started, we offered the app for free to gather crucial feedback from early adopters like you. Since then, the app has become significantly more advanced and feature-rich. To cover our operational costs — including servers, customer support, and ongoing development — we have had to move to a paid model for new users.
We still have a free plan available, which you are welcome to use on your new store. Since it includes some feature limitations compared to our paid tiers, we also made a special exception and offered you a dedicated discount on the paid plan as a sincere thank you for your early support.
So if you decide to use our app on a new store in the future, we would still love to honor our promise and provide you with an exclusive discount.

A simple and customizable app.
The best part was the customer support that went above and beyond.
I even received dedicated pictures and videos for my concerns while even being shown how to edit & navigate the website settings.

The Sized team has been extremely helpful and responsive every time I’ve run into technical difficulties. Their support goes above and beyond, making sure my questions are answered quickly and clearly. The app itself is reliable and easy to use, and the customer service makes a huge difference. Highly recommended!
If this were a paid App, it would get a 3 1/2 stars. For a FREE App, it get's 5. Does everything it's supposed to. There some things you'll have to address, like mobile rendering. But other than that it works perfectly and fits the bill for what most starting Ecomm businesses need. Nice features would be the ability to duplicate charts, a drop down list for values, and setting if inches/cm - all stuff you probably get with the paid apps.

Very simple app, just tried to modify the size chart icon on product page, and I failed.
