Shipping cost is the question shoppers answer last and abandon carts over. This block answers it on the cart page: the shopper gives a destination and sees your real rates, straight from your own shipping settings. The negative answer matters just as much. If you don't ship to their country, they are told on the cart page instead of after filling in a checkout. It also doesn't guess address rules - it asks for a country and lets your storefront say what else it needs.
