Wow, Skio rocks. First off the functionality is great and the UX for our customers is much much better than Recharge. There's a lot more functionality, and it just works really well. I was worried about the migration but it was very smooth and quick. There were a couple small issues and they fixed them immediately. The team is extremely responsive and thorough. I'm very happy we made the upgrade from Recharge.

This is by far the best subscriptions app on the entire Shopify platform! It's the only app we could find that is built directly on Shopify's Subscriptions API. Their customer service is amazing and work with us for all of our staff to meet our needs.

We started out with another subscription partner after researching many subscription options. That was a big mistake. It's hard to tell how good a subscription partner is until you actually get behind the door of Sales and finally onboard. I can tell you definitively that Skio is the real deal. Great support, helpful on an individual merchant basis, strong pace of new features, and the platform is incredibly powerful with leading customization capabilities. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and just go with Skio. It's the right choice.

We just started using SKIO about ~5 months ago and it has been nothing but a success. Here are my "whys" on if you have an e-commerce brand you should use it.
1) Reporting
There are so many reporting tabs in SKIO, every time I ask a question to our support rep on "How To" there's already a feature built into the tool. Also, they are very open to building the internal reporting tools that you suggest.
2) Forecasting
Forecasting inventory/SKU has been super helpful for us to understand which inventory levels we need to keep each item at and standardize on that number.
3) Constant Customer Feedback
Constant feedback along the lines of why customers are taking the actions they are + seeing trends in the data which helps us figure out which directions to build.
4) Predictive revenue
The monthly subscriptions help our business better predict revenue and which SKUs it comes from.
5) Finding your "Whale" Customers
Finding "Whale" or "VIP" is tricky, retaining them is trickier. SKIO offers different tiers of discounts to keep our top customers happy has been a huge plus.
If you're in the e-com business and you're not using SKIO you are missing out.

Currently migrating over to Skio. The team have been super easy as the team are responsive and have taken time to explain the process clearly. Skio itself is user friendly and looks great on the website. My customers have given me positive feedback.

Great app! Really found their onboarding team extremely useful - as a non-technical founder it's been really useful working with a team of people really well versed in the space who know what they're doing.
Skio is a must-have app for any seller — it's a total & complete game changer. Having the ability to have groups of people sign up for recurring subscriptions does not only increase AOV, but is also going to increase our customer base exponentially. The app is very easy to install and use, there's also terrific developer support in case of any troubleshooting. Group-buying is the future of eCommerce, and Skio has executed this to perfection. Would highly recommend!

We love Skio! We should of moved away from ReCharge a long time ago but was scared to do it. Shaw/Ben/Harris/Eric and the migration team handled everything for us from start to finish. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly. Customer service and communication was really phenomenal. So far, our customers are loving the new customer portal.
