SKULabs Inventory and Shipping

We cannot thank SKULabs enough for the quality of support they have offered us over the past few years. Every interaction has been a pleasure and they've gone above and beyond to make sure our our unique needs have been met to the best of their ability. This app helped my business improve the shipping accuracy, at first, we encounter a few setbacks as some of the products I sell come with duplicate UPC's but Alex and Brent were very helpful, they truly went out of there way to ensure the integration was successful.

It's been 3 months since we started working with Skulabs and I couldn't be happier until last week.

For my industry, I need an adult signature required feature and currently, the only solution Skulabs has to offer is to get a third party platform called Easypost.

But the support is just terrible, its been over 10 days not that I've been emailing support to negotiate my pricing as stated on their website since they are much more expensive than stamps.com but I have yet to hear back from them.

I need this resolved so I open an account with them thinking that if I had an account they would be more willing to reply to my emails but WRONG, that was not the case.

I am extremely happy with Skulabs and the excellent customer service they provide, I cannot say that enough.

There are so many ways to use this software to maintain and grow your business! We are so thankful we have been able to expand enormously just by using this affordable program, Try it for a month! You will not be disappointed

This app has streamlined our pick/pack process and made our team 2-3X more efficient. Our business has more than doubled and we are able to easily manage the volume with less labor than we used previously. We also like the tracking and detail associated to inventory management. Easy to use and easy to teach. The only downsides are that kit management is a bit tricky and that reporting isn't as robust as we'd like. Neither are deal breakers and would recommend this app to anyone doing fulfillment for multiple online stores.

We have evaluated several Inventory / Order / multichannel management services and SKUlabs has all the features and marketplace integrations that many don't and charge much more. Inventory management and syncing QTY's to US and UK shopify stores / Amazon globally (FBA and Seller fulfilled Prime) / walmart.com / ebay marketplaces keeps them all up to date from Skulabs centrally. Batch order processing is a huge timesaver for us. Our goal was to have a central tool for inventory management and order processing (picking / packing / shipping)

We use SKULabs every day to fulfill orders and keep track of inventory. It is easy to use and works on multiple devices. It also works with several different carriers (we use USPS, FedEx and DHL daily). Customer support is fast and helpful and always gets back to us quickly. Highly recommended!

At Flux, we like to say we have the #1 portable charger for iPhone and Android. We chose and continue to use SKULabs daily since it is the #1 platform to manage our store, supplier orders, inventory, shipments, orders, etc. It is truly incredibly how feature rich this platform is!

We're able to connect all of our sales channels and literally fulfill orders as they come in! It's insane. PS. They have this cool tool called "Rules" where you can set rules for certain shipments/orders/products and it saves HOURS when you're shipping orders!

The 14-day trial is amazing because after a few days, you know you can't live without it.

Fantastic platform, best customer support (24/7 access), and incredible UI. We began using them recently to help fulfill orders and our errors have gone down exponentially!

We're obsessed with their batch features - incredibly helpful when you have a lot of orders to get out!

Also, since it's web based it works on any device, any platform. They even have an iPhone and iPad app!

I can't recommend it enough! I wish I would've known about this sooner.

SKULabs is an incredibly powerful tool. We looked at other options, and nothing stands up to them. It supports many different sales channels and allows us to manage everything from one platform.

Their support is like no other! We've never had a question go unsolved and they've gone out of their way to make custom solutions for us!

If you are tired of looking for the perfect solution to your inventory & shipping needs, you can stop looking here! I have tried MANY inventory and shipping apps, and none of them seem to do all of the things I want them to do. Some are good for shipping, while some are good for inventory, but rarely am I able to find one that is good for both, and has all the features I need. And, if they are, they are usually very expensive, especially for multi channel sellers. SKULabs is the first app I have found that does a great job of both shipping and inventory management for multiple sales channels, and is also an amazing price! You absolutely will not find an app that does more for such a great price.

I am so impressed with the comprehensiveness of this app. It allows me to have customized packing slips & emails for each of my stores/sales channels. It allows me to integrate seamlessly with each of my sales channels. The app is intuitive and easy to use, but if you do have any trouble, the customer service is excellent! It is the PERFECT one-stop-shop for all your shipping and inventory needs. Thank you SKULabs for creating such an amazing product!

I'd like to preface this review with the fact that I don't even like to write reviews. I also cant express enough that SKULabs is AMAZING. Top of the line system for my needs, and the best customer service I have ever gotten from anything i've used for my business or personal. They work with you and take making sure they are meeting all your needs very seriously.

If you go with any other company besides these guys you are making a big mistake, don't sleep on this and get the trial button now. YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Revolutionary for my drop ship and fulfillment needs. I was able to sync my inventory with several other Shopify stores + Magento etc. allowing my online retailers to list my items based off my up-to-date inventory that I fully control from SKUlabs. I am then able to see all orders they've received and ship from my end, which then sends tracking information automatically to their customers and platforms so the store owners and customers have immediate access to the information.

It was semi-tricky getting plugged in but Brandon has been extremely communicative, competent and available to me every step of the way and it is well worth the effort!

This app will shave several weekly man-hours off my drop ship and fulfillment operations in our coming high season and I am sure there are a ton of uses for this app I am yet to discover!

Good customer service from honest people. They do not over sell and make it clear what they can and cannot do for you.

It appears that they are strongest on multiple warehouse management and order fulfilment however their other features are pretty strong too.

Very responsive to individual requirements and willing to help.

SKULabs are awesome! The product can integrate both ways with Amazon and Fulfillment By Amazon. It can retrieve inventory levels from Amazon FBA to make sure you don't have over-orders. Then when a Shopify sale is made it can automatially push that through to FBA for fulfillment. Lovely piece of kit :) Marcus

I started using SKULabs before I started my Shopify store because I was already selling on my own website and Etsy. Now that I've had my Shopify shop for a couple of months I love knowing that all inventory can sync across all of my shops quite seamlessly!

It is nice knowing I don't have to go to multiple sources and update inventory every single time an order comes in. SKULabs is a must-have for anyone selling across multiple sites!

If you are thinking about implementing an order management system for your store you should definitely consider using SKULabs!

I have a Shopify store and I carefully reviewed all other order management systems with integration to Shopify before choosing SKULabs and I cannot have made a better choice. SKULabs has advanced functionality for order management, order picking, automatic purchase order generation and much more. It has a beautiful modern look and feel, it’s impressively fast and it’s very easy to use and very easy to implement despite its advanced functionality.

What’s even more impressive is their customer service, I have just not experienced anything like it before. Every time I post a question using their chat, I get a reply within seconds!! If a had an issue, they always start to work on it directly and it’s normally fixed within a couple of minutes.

They have also implemented all request I have had for new functionality either the same day or within a couple of days. I have of course not asked for functionality that I don’t think would be good for others, but it’s just amazing how they have adhered to it and implemented it quicker than I could have imagined.

I normally don’t write reviews but SKULabs and their service is exceptionally impressive! Go ahead and give them a call, you will definitely not regret it. Feel free to reach out to me as well if you have any further questions.

I use Shopify to manage orders, however, it can't really help me to reduce the packers' packing errors.
So, I've been looking a long time for something like Skulabs which can help me to reduce the errors when fulfilling orders, and Skulabs is exactly what I need.
The interface is very easy to use, and I love the sound when fulfill the order. :)
Brandon is very kind, and always respond very fast with any of my questions!
I will definitely recommend Skulabs to anyone who struggled to find an app to reduce the order fulfill error.
