WEEKLY, SOMETIMES EVEN DAILY OUTAGES
The platform seems very buggy. The app developers send out frequent email notifications to inform about yet another outage that their platform is experiencing.
If it's not a platform-wide outage, often times many of the basic platform features don't work as expected which delays or at a minimum significantly interrupts the daily workflow.
It doesn't look like this platform provides a lot of advanced features compared to other shipping platforms either.
